CDM Services brings the
community home by helping people help themselves to remain independent
at home with dignity and choice.
CDM was founded in 1978, as a
501(c)(3) non-profit organization, on the belief that
everyone young and old or somewhere in between needs a little help
sometimes.
Our services are tailored to the unique requirements of each person,
preserving their right to choose and sustaining their quality of life.
CDM employs more then 175 trained professionals and helps care for more
then 500 individuals, every year, in the Portland Oregon and Southwest Washington
metro areas.
