CDM Services was founded in 1978 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by three community volunteers namely, Cahoon, Deckard, and Murray thus giving the company birthname “CDM”. Our company was born in response to a need for safe, well-trained caregivers for the elderly and disabled in Southwest Washington. Today, in addition to being the area’s largest in-home care agency, CDM Services provides: Adult Day Services, including for those with dementia, traumatic brain injury, and other brain conditions.

CDM Services is the Home Care Referral Registry in the State. We are the leading provider of long-term care services in Southwest Washington.
