Exercising the Body
and the Mind:
Sometimes home care is not enough - people
need socialization, restorative programs, exercise, and more in
order to thrive. The new CDM Adult Day Services Center will
provide these needed services, respite for caregivers, and a place
to grow in mind and body while family works or attends to everyday
matters.
